This is the shortest of all the tours and opens up the secrets of Denpasar, the once small market town that has grown to become Bali’s only real city. The Denpasar City Tour begins at 8.30 when an air conditioned comfortable vehicle picks you up from your personal hotel or place of residence. From here the drive into Denpasar coincides with commuters in order to experience the area in is vibrant energetic glory. The first stop is at the traditional market for which the City is named and try exotic foods and fruits, but cloths and many other traditional affects as well as many modern items. The main thing here is the experience of the life of the traditional market in this part of the world, there is a magical atmosphere that cannot be experienced anywhere else.

From here the Denpasar City Tour proceeds to Jagatnata temple which is the largest Hindu temple in the Denpasar area, it is here that many local Hindus come to pray especially on the full moons and black moons, as with most temples, the Jagatnata is dedicated to one aspect of life in particular and in this case the effects of the moon on the Balinese Hindu religion. The next stop is the Bali museum which is located just next door to the Jagatnata Temple. There area many traditional items here to be witnessed but in the event of the Bali Museum being closed on the day of your tour, you will be able to visit the largest art gallery and market in Bali that is a definite worthwhile detour.

The Denpasar City Tour then continues to the last of the four stops, the Bajra Sandhi monument. This impressive monument was build in the memory of all of those who died and struggled to release Bali from the grip of the Dutch before Indonesian Independence day. The colonial days are now a thing of the past and the Balinese rejoice in this victory, this monument symbolizes the passing of these people into the spirit world.
